Bêj-shêqo Bî (/ëˈlevɪ/ /ˈʃɘqo/ [skilled] [gender]) is a subtropical Small Town located in the Qíithtathê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Bêj-shêqo Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Bêj-shêqo Bî was founded by Funabus Èlesîpí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Bêj-shêqo Bî has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Bêj-shêqo Bî receives an average of 144 cm/y (56 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Bêj-shêqo Bî covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1574 m (5164 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Bêj-shêqo Bî was founded durring the late 13th century in fall of the year 1191, by Funabus Èlesîpí. The establishment of Bêj-shêqo Bî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Bêj-shêqo Bî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Bêj-shêqo Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bêj-shêqo Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Bêj-shêqo Bî is buildings folow an organic layout of narrow packed earth streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's somewhat suffishent have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Bêj-shêqo Bî has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Bêj-shêqo Bî’s streets. A look around Bêj-shêqo Bî has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Bêj-shêqo Bî long.

Bêj-shêqo Bî possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Bêj-shêqo Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Bêj-shêqo Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Bêj-shêqo Bî's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.

Bêj-shêqo Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves consuming a local narcotic to channel Abjuration energies of tier 1 via recitation of poetic epics.
